Clearly, space comes at a premium, and anyone hoping for a sprawling plot in central Coventry may need to check down the back of the sofa for spare change.

Meanwhile, flats and terraces are where most of the action happens. Terraced properties saw a whopping 768 sales since 2021. You can picture buyers in CV1 racing for them like Coventry City fans after matchday pie deals. The cost per square foot does drop for terraces and flats, with flats priced at £129,700 and cost per square foot for flats at a not-so-miniature £230.
